Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing the use of the ChatGrow SaaS platform, services, and official WhatsApp Business Platform integrations operated by CHAT GROW, a proprietorship enterprise. The goal of this Policy is to protect the integrity of business messaging, respect customer consent, and ensure compliance with Meta’s Business Messaging Policies.

2. Mandatory Requirements for WhatsApp Messaging

All customers using ChatGrow to send WhatsApp messages must strictly adhere to the following principles:

Explicit Customer Opt-In: You must obtain clear, affirmative consent from customers prior to sending promotional or outbound business-initiated messages.
Approved Meta Templates: All outbound broadcasts outside the 24-hour customer window must utilize message templates reviewed and approved by Meta.
Honoring Opt-Outs: You must promptly honor customer requests to unsubscribe (e.g. STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE keywords).

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use ChatGrow under any circumstances for:

Unsolicited Bulk Spam: Scraping phone numbers from public web directories or purchasing third-party databases to blast unsolicited messages.
Circumventing WhatsApp Restrictions: Attempting to bypass Meta’s Cloud API rate limits, template reviews, or account tier restrictions.
Unofficial Web-Automation Tools: Running reverse-engineered browser automation, headless WhatsApp Web scripts, or unofficial APK modifications.
Deceptive & Illegal Content: Phishing, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment offers, impersonation, or distributing malware.

4. Enforcement & Account Termination

We monitor account quality indicators and high spam complaint flags. If an account is found violating this Policy or receiving high block rates from WhatsApp recipients, ChatGrow reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate workspace access without prior notice or refund.

5. Reporting Abuse
